To Achieve Intelligent Factory Logistics, How Does The AGV System Work?

The AGV management monitoring computer and the AGV trolley can communicate through wireless signals in the local area network.



To achieve intelligent and flexible factory logistics, how does the AGV system work?


1. Material outbound transportation

The workshop operator calls the required materials at the call terminal, and the logistics management system automatically calls out the corresponding materials from the three-dimensional warehouse. The outbound system will send the goods to the AGV pick-up table as required, and then the logistics management system will monitor the management computer to the AGV. Send a pickup request. The AGV monitoring and management computer dispatches the nearest and idle AGV trolley to the corresponding pick-up platform according to the request, takes the materials, and sends them to the designated platform. Complete the delivery of goods out of the warehouse.


2. Remaining material is returned and conveyed

The operator calls the residual material back to the warehouse at the calling terminal. The logistics management system sends a request for surplus material to the AGV monitoring and management computer. The AGV monitoring and management computer dispatches the AGV trolley at the nearest distance and just unloaded to the corresponding pick-up platform according to the request, and takes the remaining material and sends it to the remaining material recycling station. Complete the recycling and conveying of residual materials. This task is compounded in the outbound task through scheduling optimization.



3. Recycling and conveying of turnover boxes

The operator stacks the empty tote on the empty tote platform, and calls the empty tote back to the warehouse at the calling terminal. The logistics management system sends an empty pallet request to the AGV monitoring and management computer. According to the request, the AGV monitoring and management computer dispatches the AGV trolley at the nearest distance and just unloaded to the corresponding pick-up platform, takes the empty turnover box, and sends it to the empty turnover box recycling station. Complete the recycling and conveying of empty turnover boxes. This task is compounded in the outbound task through scheduling optimization.
